Data sharing in clinical research – what we know, what we don’t know, and what we can do

Dear colleagues and students,
In the field of research, data sharing and open data offer a wide range of benefits for researchers and society as a whole. It is also a growing requirement of funding agencies and research institutions. However, significant barriers and uncertainties remain, particularly with regard to the sharing of personal and sensitive research data. Therefore, we are very happy that Dr. Christina Habermehl from the Berlin Institute of Health at Charité will give a talk titled Data sharing in clinical research – what we know, what we don’t know, and what we can do on Nov. 8 at 2 p.m. In her presentation, she will briefly review the key legal considerations for data sharing, identify unresolved issues, and offer practical recommendations for improving the accessibility of your data.

We look forward to seeing you!
